I created this brand and mini brand guide for the Nest, a property development project in Central Oregon (via Paradigm Properties). The graphics are designed to have a calm, welcoming feel – and to pair nicely with the clean and modern yet outdoorsy interior styling. The project targets students attending the University nearby.
